Mehrfamilienhäuser, 4–24 units, KfW-compliant (QNG / EH40 / EH55).

Multi-family residential is the spine of our portfolio. We deliver from cleared plot to occupancy permit — foundation, shell, M&E, facade, finishes, external works. Energy envelopes designed to QNG / EH40 / EH55 standards where the investor wants to access subsidised KfW financing.

Refurbishment of existing stock, including listed.

Substantial refurbishment of existing assets, including buildings under Denkmalschutz. Heritage-grade brickwork, structural concrete repair, plaster restitution, and finishes to listed-building standard.

General contracting

Single-source delivery: planning to warranty.

When the investor wants one phone number from feasibility to defect-liability period: WAFKA acts as general contractor, holding the contract for planning, permits, build, hand-over and warranty. The price you sign is the price you pay.
